Pag-unlad ng Interes sa Filipino Gamit ang Modified Video-Assisted Discussion (MVAD) sa Birtuwal na Espasyon sa Bagong Normal

Abstract

Ang aksiyon riserts na ito ay may layong bumuo ng Modified Video-Assisted Discussion (MVAD) bilang tugon sa mababang interes ng mag-aaral sa Baitang 10 ng CMU Laboratory High School sa asignaturang Filipino. Ginamit ang Mixed Method sa pangangalap ng datos sapagkat parehong inilapat ang kwantitatibo at kwalitatibong disenyo sa pagbibigay ng interpretasyon sa mga nalikom na numerikal at deskriptibong datos. Convenience sampling naman ang ginamit sa pagpili ng mga respondente na nakabatay sa kung sino lamang ang puwede. Sa 115 na kabuoang populasyon ng baitang 10 ay 85 lamang ang tumugon sa unang sarbey habang 79 naman sa ikalawang sarbey. Natuklasan na naging pangunahing problema ng mag-aaral ang nakababagot na Posted Video-Assisted Discussion (PVAD) kaya hindi nila ito pinanood. Nagsilbing tugon ang MVAD sa mababang interes ng mag-aaral sa baitang 10. Naging epektibo ang MVAD dahil nakuha nito ang atensiyon ng mag-aaral, napataas ang interes sa asignaturang Filipino, at nagkaroon ng mabisang interaksiyon at aktibong partisipasyon sa kasagsagan ng talakayan sa birtuwal na espasyo.
